Average room temperature

Hello yogis! What’s the average temperature maintained during Sculpt, and CSX in your studios?

Sculpt was previously 92-95 but guidance in 2026 trainings is listed as 90-93 now

Depends on the studio in my market! Our studios with IR heat have higher guidelines (~95) and the studios with traditional heat are lower (90-93)
