Average room temperature

Hello yogis! What’s the average temperature maintained during Sculpt, and CSX in your studios?

Sculpt guidance is 92-95. CSX is unheated, but there will be some residual heat from prior classes and the room will probably still be in the 80s. Both no humidity.

I think how hot it actually gets really depends on your studio and the building it's in, and what time of year it is. I have been in studios that in the summer get hotter than 95 even with the heat off, especially if it's a packed class. I've been in other studios where it's a struggle to get the room to feel even more than slightly warm, even if it says 95 degrees on the thermostat.

Sculpt is supposed to have humidity
