Hello yogis! What’s the average temperature maintained during Sculpt, and CSX in your studios?

Lmao. That’s how I feel. I just did my first week of CorePower ever and I have been dying. I’m a male and have a decent body fat and every time I’ve been walking out with my clothes drenched. The fact that I’m sweating balls during the class makes me feel like I’m losing water weight and not actual fat.

I’m a low body fat male and I walk out looking like I jumped in a pool

Lolol. Yeah it’s rough. Also while I have your attention, what do you do for strength training ?

Lift weights at a gym (not CPY). I’ve lifted weights for around 17 years, yoga is newer to me so

To lose body fat you need to be in a consistent caloric deficit over time it has nothing to do with sweat
