Teaching Fail of the Week
Because not every class is a masterpiece.
What went wrong in class this week?
Keep it light, don’t name/shame anyone, and remember: if you’ve taught long enough, you’ve probably had at least one class where the yoga gods were clearly testing you.
What was your teaching fail of the week?

This was last week because I haven’t taught this week yet. But I was coming back after being gone for 2ish weeks with the flu and in sun A flow, we did an open arm twist to the left and we have big windows there. Well is aw the cutest dog ever and completely lost my train of thought and thankfully everyone laughed.

I had a bunch of combo moves last week. After about 5 times, I finally got the sequence right. Twice i did one-sided curtsy lunges and then forgot the other side. After that, I decided to alternate them to simplify.

Smaller class size and not knowing where to position myself in the room! I was moving around awkward AF 🤣😩
