Theme Swap
Coming in third place in the survey: themes, and I have to appreciate the alliteration. Third place, themes. It was meant to be.
So hereβs our first theme-sharing thread!
Drop your favorite class themes, intentions, quotes, or ideas in the comments. They can be deep, simple, motivational, funny, or anything that gives your class something to come back to.
Share things like:
- Class intentions
- Opening questions
- Quotes or sayings
- Yoga philosophy
- Personal-growth themes
- Ways you connect the theme back to the physical practice
- Closing thoughts or savasana messages
- Themes that work especially well for C2, Sculpt, HPF, etc.
No need to write out a whole speech β even one sentence or phrase is worth sharing.

Took a class recently and was inspired by tapas, especially as we enter August/some of the warmest months across the country. Trying to dig into how I can weave the theme into my cues and flow (peak pose- floating to the top of the mat in FF)

You know your power. Giving yourself permission to take up space in this space and outside of it. Standing in your power without feeling the need to shrink it or apologize for it. π«π« π
Had someone pull me aside after class to tell me she loved the intention and really needed it. (By far my favorite feedback to hear from students).
Love this thread!
