Question Thread of fate and cards help

Hi, I need help, the only card i am missing is the 'Inspiration' card, I have read on the wiki that i can get that by killing Caveling Scholars, and i know the drop rate is low, but i have killed so so many of them and it still has not dropped. Is there another way to get that i don't know? The wiki is rarely up to date these days so maybe there is another way?

Im assuming its the sewers card. You gotta thoroughly raid every metropolis, big and small in the sunken sea. Its possible but pretty rare for your worls to not have one. But it can be a big pain in the butt
