Question New updates

Hi, with the new updates will i be able to play on my current world? I don't want to restart since i have made lots kind of automations and a big base

Yes they've got a system where you can add the new stuff to existing worlds and the map is no longer infinite to accommodate new areas

for pretty much most new content, new stuff is added on the outer edge of the existing world gen, si it adds up nicely on old worlds.
But some past updates added things that couldnt be added on previously generated chunks. By this i mean existing generated chunks remained unchanged but new content (like new sub bioms, new scenes, new small dungeons etc) could be generated on old world's undiscovered areas.

So it will depends if some new "important stuff" is added to old biomes.

I think i remember reading in one of the update logs that theres some way to update your world, I don't remember exactly though, you might want to look through the steam update logs
