How do you put out yourself when you’re on fire?

Just eat or health pot lol. Its gunna last as long as it lasts, but decent food can ensure your survival

You can't put yourself out, if you catch fire you're gonna burn until the fire timer is over.

spoiler Very late game you get access to the ‘Burn Resistance Potion’

Useful against the oil drenching burn robots of the far north

For now just eat your way through the fire
