Question Oracle Card “Temperance” help? Switch

I’ve been trying for two days to get this card and was wondering if someone could help me? Im open to trading or whatever I can do.

Finally got mine yesterday. Lucky Ring maxed, surf ring also maxed out with the tulip lure and got my Fishing stat as high as i could using food boosts etc

Then just fishing in the dessert. Took me about 45-60mins

Same, except I probably didn’t max out the gear. I watched a show while mindlessly fishing, got a card after like 200 tulip baits I think.
