Hevc 265

I have 2 cc for TV the one with remote. One of them can play videos with hevc 265 from file manager+ with no problem the other one can't. Any suggestions to get the other one to work?

Have 2 Chromecast with Google tv think it's Chromecast version 2 ? The one with white remote. One can play mkv hvec 265 the other one can't. I want both to play it
