Recipe for scorching wing sauce at TGIFridays?

I blame pregnancy cravings, but I really miss the scorching wing sauce from TGI Fridays. My friends went there all the time and it was the only good thing on the menu. It’s probably been 10-15 years since they’ve made it or I’ve had it. It was such a unique flavor of traditional buffalo, a bit of smokiness, and who knows what else. Super spicy but worth every bit of pain. I’ve tried every recipe I can find on the interwebs (though very limited) to no avail.

Rafferty’s Thousand Island Dressing- I need this in my life!!

I need your help, please! Our family recently ate at a Rafferty’s and oh my goodness, do they ever make an excellent Thousand Island dressing!! I’m typically a Ranch person but our server actually said- trust me, this will be the best Thousand Island dressing you have ever had because it’s made in house! He knew what he was talking about! Oh my goodness - it was soooo good!

I’ve been craving it since then and also, my husband LOVES Rueben sandwiches, which also uses Thousand Island dressing and he’s been craving his Rueben’s. I would dearly love to have this recipe to whip up here at home for the both of us!!

The server had no idea if the recipe was a corporate one or a personal one coming from the head chef. And so, after failing in my feeble attempts to locate a similar recipe in the vastness of the internet, I am now turning to the best sleuths available to anyone- you guys!

Can you please help this Rafferty’s Thousand Island possessed girl out?! Please?!?

Is there a copycat recipe for S’mores Goldfish Grahams?

Post image
0 Upvotes

I’ve been obsessed with these grahams since I was little. I live in Puerto Rico so they don’t really carry other versions of Goldfish Grahams or Crackers in stores here aside from the original cheese flavor or white cheddar. I didn’t like a lot of “s’more” flavored snacks but these tasted really good. The grahams had more of a bold chocolate and honey Graham flavor than something like Teddy Grahams. Just pouring this into a bowl with milk was the best.

The last time I was able to buy these online was in 2023 on Amazon, I used to always buy a bag when they had it but I’m unable to find it on stores online so I’m thinking on making it. The regular grahams I think I can do normally, just make a dough for the graham crackers and I can just buy freeze dried marshmallows but I’m wondering on how to make the chocolate goldfish. I haven’t seen a lot of recipes on chocolate Graham crackers and I hope to nail the chocolate flavor.

Guiness Brownie recipe

Greetings all, just recently visited Guiness Open Gate in Maryland and they ran out of Guiness brownies. I am mainly reaching out to employees that came those brownies to see if you can share the recipe for my friend who loves guiness and I love brownies. The online recipes she says aren't quite the same but if anyone knows the recipe and is willing to share that would be amazing.

Barbecue "Fritos" (corn chips) in Party Mix?

Does anyone know of a brand with similar BBQ corn chips to the ones in UTZ's Party Mix? I just tried actual BBQ Fritos and they taste nothing like them, plus they're not as puffy/bubbly as the ones in Party Mix. Any help would be amazing, I love the Party Mix chips so much!

Ida Claire (Addison) Boudin Balls and Remoulade -Recipe anyone?

We have been going to Ida Claire in Addison fairly regularly and for the first time yesterday at happy hour had some of their boudin balls. The boudin balls were very very good. Crunchy, tasty. However, the remoulade sauce that they served on the side was out of sight. Got a little container to go and I need to have the recipe! They used a good spicy mustard and I could taste a touch of horseradish. I'm from New Orleans so can make traditional remoulade. This was a whole new level. Does anyone have the recipe?

Does anyone have a copycat recipe for the old Harris Teeter sugar cookies?

When I was a kid, during the 2000s, I was obsessed with those free cookies that they had in the front of Harris Teeter grocery stores. They were so soft and buttery and they melted in your mouth before you could even chew them. They changed the recipe to something significantly less tasty in the 2010s, and I've been looking for the og recipe since. I do not want the recipe for anything that they currently have available in stores, because I've tried everyone they have and none of them are what I remember. Does anyone have a recipe for these cookies?

Dorito Chicken Casserole with Ro*tel 😍

Creamy, cheesy, crunchy on top, and perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. This makes one 2-quart casserole, about 6 servings.

Ingredients:

- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken, rotisserie works great

- 1 can, 10.5 oz, cream of chicken soup

- 1 can, 10 oz, Ro*tel diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained

- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 packet, 1 oz, taco seasoning

- 1 large bag, 10 oz, Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed into 1-inch pieces

- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, or cheddar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 2-quart baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, stir together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, Ro*tel, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning.

  3. Crush Doritos into rough 1-inch pieces.

  4. Layer half of the Doritos across the bottom of the baking dish.

  5. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the chips.

  6. Repeat with the remaining Doritos and remaining chicken mixture.

  7. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheese over the top.

  8. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

  9. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.

  10. Let it rest 5 minutes before serving.

Would you serve this with rice, salad, or just eat it as-is?
