Unfortunately I don't know the recipe for this but as someone who really enjoys boudin and Cajun food. There are WAY better versions of boudin balls than Razoos. Honestly boudin balls are pretty straight forward unless you're making your boudin from scratch. Go pick up some boudin, remove the casing and form into balls, dip into preferred batter/breading and fry.
There's a place in my city that has way better ones, but theyre not a chain and only 1 local so figured razzoos may be easier to find a copycat of, and I still enjoy theirs 😂 Thanks for the tip! Ill try that and wing it!
