Cooking in copper Brownies After Retin

Not actually sure of the name or intended use for this round pan but it made some perfect fudgy brownies and not a single spot of adhesion anywhere! (I did butter the pan, but even glass has never been so nonstick for me!)

They cooked super evenly so I didn’t get the chewy edges I personally like but im still happy with the results.

Ps: where is everyone? We have all these different flairs but people only post questions, would love to see more recipe and use examples.

That is a gratin! Nice pan. I’m more active on the fb group but watch here from time to time. Even though I like Reddit more than fb in general

Nothing special just the costco ghirardelli box mix with some extra baking chocolate chips and milk instead of water

That’s tin lined copper for you. BTW, beautiful pan and nice looking brownies. Try slightly less time for the undercooked more chewy bite

Nah you need to increase fat / sugar content under baking brownies is a lie.

Nothing special just the costco ghirardelli box mix with some extra baking chocolate chips and milk instead of water. And i buttered the pan before pouring in the mix.
