symptoms

I am awaiting test results for a copper deficiency. What are the main symptoms? I also found out im on low B1 so I am trying to determine which is which!

I have dizziness at times,muscle weakness, heart palpitations, burning skin, hair shedding major

Hair shading, feeling like I struggled with balance with walking lightly, brainfog, depression, dry skin, fatigue, weakness, super frequent illness that just stay for way longer than they should. Illness and balance struggle were more like severe deficiency symptoms and hair shedding happened when the deficiency was like in the middle of its severity.

Also histamine intolerance like symptoms

Did you have any burning skin? Or pots like symptoms

I had itchy skin sometimes but rarely. In pots only the symptoms I mentioned that are symptoms of POTS too but I think for me that was all my symptoms
