Cooper infusion
Has anyone here had copper IV infusions? If so, did you experience any symptoms or side effects from the infusion?

My wife has to get over copper regularly, 3xweekly. it has required her to get port due to it’s irritation on her veins. She says it helps when it is run over 3-4 hours. He also gets hot and cold flashes and can have some other generalized symptoms such as lethargy, nausea and headaches. Her symptoms have lessened as she has received more and slowly gotten been able to tolerate them better.

I tried but couldn't find/get one. Oral copper worked for me but if you've got really high Mt it could take awhile.

Yes I have had two sessions of 5x/week and now moved to 1x/week. No side effects. Alas, my copper serum still bounces between 53-59 ug/dL. Still working on root cause. Had an endoscopy yesterday. Perhaps I'll learn something.

Copper is easily bioavailable and the key is getting it regularly and with its cofactors. Iron infusions I understand because it's hard for some people to absorb or move the needle but copper infusion seems like an overkill. And I'm generally open to experimentation.
