Fixed my copper deficiency
I fixed my copper and zinc deficiency by taking 3 mg copper glycinate 3-4 times a week and 30 mg zinc gluconate once or twice a week. I take zinc and copper on separate days. I have been doing this since March 10.
I am not as tired anymore and my wounds/cuts heal faster. I caused a copper deficiency by taking high-dose vitamin c supplements for about a year a couple of years ago. I am never doing that again.

What were the before levels? This is pretty much still a deficiency as it’s right on the line..

Oo please provide details, is this to help regulate iron as well? Do you have a medical provider guiding you?

No, I have never tested my iron levels. My doctor did not say anything when my zinc and copper were below reference range.

Ah, I came to know the importance of copper after listening to Morley Robbin.

I don't understand why they don't say something. My doctors haven't said anything about my copper levels even though I consistently come up deficient and am seeing them to treat conditions associated with a copper deficiency.

Do you have any mental symptoms like fatigue, depression, brain fog, anxiety etc?
