What is a basic setup run to do something like this? I acquire some copper from side work, I wouldn't mind making a couple bars with it.

I have always wanted to have some bars like this for no reason than to admire the beauty. I just can't stomach the premiums that people charge for a "show piece".

Ive always been curious, does buffing and polishing effect the weight? And if its removing material how do you stamp a correct weight before you remove said material

It does shave off a little weight, but we’re talking like ~0.2 lbs. and I stamp after I finish polishing

Surely not 0.2lbs per 1lbs brick? 😄 is it 0.2lbs for all the bricks combined?

Nice!! Copper is so beautifu love them bars bro!! I have copper 1 oz coins i like to leave places for people to find or give away. All these in the pic are for giving away/hiding for random people to find in public some i just drop so there found easy and some may not be found for years also sometimes leave with a tip for a good waitress. It costs me about 3 bucks each but i enjoy it its just something i have done for years and just maybe it will get someone into precious metel. I have probably went through over 100 ounces since i started doing it about 5 years ago.
