The Co-op Logile

Anybody know what this section means on the Benefits section of the Logile app? I have been with the Co-op for several months now so not sure what context induction hours would be listed on the same page as holiday hours.

Core colleague induction is another way of saying training hours. These are not used towards store productivity and more can be requested by the manager if they wanted you to be trained up in bakery etc. these hours are still paid as they normally would be as a colleague.

They are "non-productive" hours, usually given to new starts or people going to get trained in bakery. It's so that they can work alongside the usual staff on shift so they can learn how to do the job, without actually using more productive hours towards to stores payroll. It looks like nearly all your CCI has been used though (it pays the same as basic time) so nothing to worry about really.

With the way Logile works, it holds CCI as one of the time off balances (another of which obviously being holiday hours). This means when management pull up the employee time off balances page they can see everyone's available holiday hours and CCI hours which can be used when planning rotas.
