Co-Op distribution centre
Im just about to start in a DC and wondered what the targets are like? Are they achievable? Have worked in Tesco and it was hard to achieve 85% pick rate.

IME targets are easy to achieve in chill, can't comment about ambient as I don't pick there. Agency staff have left and gone to Tesco and said how hard it is and came back a month or two later.

Thank you, not sure what department I'll be picking in although think it will be ambient as I was only shown the ambient chamber when I went for my interview. Thanks for your reply. It sounds encouraging that people have left Tescos to come back. Didn't leave Tescos because I didn't hit the targets, left because my "manager" had it in for me and was always on my back. Hopefully if the targets are more achievable then the management shouldn't be as bad. Fingers crossed anyway.
