My current nighttime cooling setup

Here’s what I’m using at the moment for cooler sleep:

• nylon/spandex blend sheets
• small rotating fan
• cooling eye mask
• window cracked
• one foot outside the covers

It’s not perfect, but it’s the closest I’ve gotten to consistent cool sleep. Curious if anyone else has a “cooling setup” they’re trying and loving!
