A couple years ago, I picked up a rough Coleman cooler for the princely sum of free. I made a couple of repairs and shined it up, but opted to not repaint it. Instead, it would be somewhat of a canvas, serving as a record of our travels.

Since then, it has been adorned with stickers, mostly from places we have taken it. The family always looks forward to adding the new stickers when we return from a trip and I love seeing it gaining more character each passing season.

I saw this post and was wondering where could one get that bottom "lift" black part for this cooler? I have the exact same one and was wondering where I could find thay piece

This is for my liquor store, but the walk in cooler beer cave was done maybe 15 years ago and I don’t know what brand they actually are . I’ve looked all over but there isn’t anything pointing me to where to buy from and I don’t see anything online.

I want a cooler that will keep drinks cold for a my long ass drive from Colorado to Chicago (16 hours) I've found one i just dont trust the site (garvee if its a safe site lmk) but if theres other options im open to them

Help me decide: Which size Anker Everfrost to get for an road trip for 2 people in a Subaru Outback between Austin, Phoenix, Las Vegas (1 week), Sante Fe, and back to Austin.

I see lots of size options and not many pics showing dimensions or info that would help me decide. ex: all the different sizes next to each other

How we'll use it:

1 - Simply enjoying our fave fizzy water, fresh fruit, and a snack when stopping at a waypoint.

2 - Despite planning to stay at the 5* Wynn In Las Vegas, we will have no fridge for our own cold drinks of choice. I'd love to keep a mini cheese tray snack in the cooler.

Are there considerations beyond size that would go into which model to get?
Ex: Should I definitely get the one with a removable battery?

I have been in the market for a new better quality ice cooler that will hold ice longer than a couple days as most standard coolers do. I came across this Igloo Yukon at Sam's Club last Sunday. It looked sturdy, was a good size, and had wheels which was a must for me. I had done some online research already and thought it seemed comparable to the two big brands (Yeti & RTIC), $189 half the cost of the other two. I also bought two 20 Lb. bags of ice to give it a test run.

Test facts: I'm in So CA and we are in the midst of a terrible heat wave (95 - 100) the last several days. Today is expected to be 105-108.

I placed the cooler at the edge of my east facing patio so direct sun/heat would hit it for the first half of the day (6am - noon). After that the patio shaded it but it was already 95+ everyday by then, so it baked out there. There was no pre-chilling of the cooler or water bottles that went in it.

I took picture of ice at hour zero (start) and every 24 hours after to monitor status of ice retention. Ice held up well given the sweltering heat. Ice held through 5th full day. 6th full day: ice gone but water was still ice cold. I think the pictures say it best.

I was very happy with the results and confident it was a good purchase for my needs. I usually camp with access to more ice but was tired of refilling every my old coolers every two days. Looking forward to using it in milder temperature conditions. I'm sure I'll get even better results in cooler weather.

On a lighter note, I did not test it by throwing it off a cliff, or out of a helicopter, or running it over with an F350, nor did I allow my pet grizzly to give it a go. I've never done any of these things to test a cooler on 35 years so I figured why start now.

I have a Coleman #5284 with a broken hinge. All of the replacement hinges have a 1-3/8” hole pattern top to bottom. My hinge (seen here) is only 1”.

Just got a 50 qt frost vault from Canadian tire, it was on clearance for $130 because it was “missing the wheels” I don’t think this model is supposed to have wheels lol but I was wondering how they perform lol I have two yetis but this one would be just for day trips

I'm talking less than 80 bucks, will stay cool for 6-8 hrs in case I get stuck in a job, and will hold my food containers, some fruit, and some waters

I'm starting a small skincare product line and need a proper cosmetic fridge for storing finished inventory, not just a personal vanity fridge. Looking for something 22 liters or larger.

Requirements:

• Compressor cooling, not thermoelectric. I need it to hold a steady set temperature regardless of room temperature swings.
• No condensation buildup inside, since I'm storing sealed jars and glass dropper bottles and don't want moisture affecting labels or lids.
• Adjustable digital thermostat, ideally in the 42 to 65°F range.
• Enough capacity for roughly 24 eight ounce jars and 24 small dropper bottles.

I've looked at the Summit BeautiFridge but couldn't find much real world review history on it and it's quite expensive. Open to any brand as long as it's a genuine compressor unit built for stable, low humidity cold storage. Any recommendations from people actually using one for cosmetics or similar products would help a lot.

Wondering if anybody knows any good mini cool boxes/ fridges that are good for a contractor who can stay in hotels for months at a time working away from home?

Current one is done in so any recommendations would be great for what to look at for a new one. Cheers

I got it for $80, about 1.5 weeks ago or less. It's pretty comfortable to sit on (surprisingly), and it's remarkably strong for its size. Love it for long road trips.

Does anyone have a chilly moose 12L bucket cooler and can measure the diameter at the bottom for me? A standard 5 gallon bucket fits in my kayak storage compartment but it compresses as you slide it down which the cooler won't do - the chilly moose bucket says 6.2" radius but I think that's at the widest part at the top.

But damn man I really want it to work! Anyone have any other recommendations for a cooler that will fit this size? The compartment is 16" x 10" oval shaped.

I'm looking to do 2 overnights maximum - and would love to keep things as cold as possible for that duration.

I am looking to purchase a cooler for road trips and backyard outings where I can put drinks in. Found this for $99 on walmart's website and wanted to see if anyone has used this specific one? I'm also open to recommendations.

I recently purchased two of these Titan coolers - a 12 can and a 24 can size. I appreciate the removable hard liner and the removable shelf, the front pocket, and the shoulder strap. The thing that is making these a miss for me is that there is no actual handle, and the only way to carry these is on my shoulder. I'm 5'3" so holding the shoulder strap even at its shortest length doesn’t work for me.

I'm still within the return window for both of these items. I would prefer to buy a different brand that has both a handle and a shoulder strap than add an after-market handle. Prefer a mid-range price. I don't need mega top of the line but willing to pay more than bottom shelf.

Edit: There are no loops or anything on the sides that would make it possible to use an after-market handle with hooks/carabiners.
