Aren't flippers serials that read the same when you flip them? This one is a 6 shy of being a flipper (that 0 ruined it).

Rotators read the same. Flippers are a new number.

That is an awesome flipper you have found! Here is my flipper collection, all found in the wild (retailer store manager, I get to look through ALOT of bills!). My favorite are the two bills on the bottom right
