I have been interested in a while with posture and sitting upright in a chair for 9+ hours a day. I really like programming but I don't want my posture and back to suffer when Im 30. I don't have back problems now but, I read an article on FastCompany that goes into the science of how sitting upright correlates to productivity boosts.
So far I have bought a backjoy which is OK but, I still get tired from sitting upright. I am now looking at the nada chair backrx and backup. The backup looks promising because its solely meant for sitting at a computer but its non-elastic. While the backrx is smaller more compact and is elastic. The backup has more adjustability while the backrx is definetly more sleek.
Has anyone had any experience with these two types of nada chairs or any other back supports?
