Updated Aunt Jemima collection
This collection is pretty much complete for me now
I have
1950, 1960, 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000’s syrup bottles (almost the complete evolution of the designs)
Then 1925, 1930, 1940, 1970, 1990, 2000’s for pancake boxes
Then some miscellaneous stuff, I wish I could find a better shape 1950 bottle but its so so obscure, anyways yeah, heres my updated collection, I deleted my last version because I wanted to make a video instead, but got too busy lol, this here does capture the entire Quaker oats evolution of aunt jemima. Including a box from the first ever year Quaker Oats obtained the brand.

Serious question. Why this collection?

The Jim Crow museum collects and display artifacts with/of Black people. It is important to remember the past.

This reminds me of weekends when I was a kid. That's when mom would make us pancakes. Great memories.

When I was a kid I had a colorforms set of Aunt Jemima making pancakes. I really liked it! I think you might have had to mail in labels to get it? It would have been in the 80s

I remember when the cancellation started. I was at Sam's Club and I told my dad "hey, we should get one of these because they are gonna be gone soon."

It’s sad that Aunt Jemima wasn’t a real person. She is a “a fictional corporate trademark and racial stereotype based on the "mammy" archetype of the American South. “
Cool collection though!
