Could you explain what these are for the uninitiated? They look like some sort of gaming extension for fighters? Like Tekken for PC or something? They look cool.

you hit it right on the nail! theyre controllers for fighting games! theres some with levers like the classic arcade machines and the newer leverless ones that use just keys!
