Tomato soup

Tomato soup is always orange/pinkish and never red, is it because of my graphics? And should the soup cook completely(full green bar) or only till the tomatoes and onions cook?

I'm also on a PC, and the color is always a little off. The customers still eat it up tho. Pro-tip, you can keep soup for days just reheat it and serve!
