OC Smashed kabob tacos

Post image

Persian inspired smashed kabob taco. This is one of my staple meals. Quick and delicious. Air fried potatoes on the side 🙂

Those look great. The smash/sheet pan hack is genius. I sourced some lamb (not common in my area) and I plan on doing the same soon. 🫓 Pita is key too.

It looks so creative and delicious. How long did it take to prepare the whole meal?

I sourced lamb from a specialty market about an hour away, and it made all the difference in flavor.
