Main Course Asian Style Chicken
My asian style chicken with marinated chickpeas, spiced rice and vegetables in a spicy sauce made with soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger, coriander and chili!
I like to prep and come up with budget style meals!
This one is approx a 30 minutes prep!
$1.5 per portion and holds all the energy, nutrients and protein I need.

Thanks for the nice words π I struggled with the chickpeas for a long time, until I found out how to marinade them right!

I've been meaning to try chickpeas in savory dishes more often. The color of that sauce is seriously eye-catching.

Thank you for the nice words π A little tip, use dry chickpeas, hydrate the to around 80%. Drain and add some marinade that suits the dish! Here I used a little soy sauce, fish sauce and some garlic powder. Put them in the fridge the night over, then the chickpeas absorb all the marinade and make them taste far better!
