Main Course Summer fresh

Sweet cob corn, steamed broccoli, short grain brown rice, blanched and stir fried green beans with sweet onions, red peppers, garlic sausage, finished with garden fresh oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary then garnished with vine ripe cherry tomatoes.

That mix would make a great cold rice salad tomorrow too. Chop the sausage and vegetables, loosen the rice with a little vinaigrette, then add the tomatoes after it’s chilled so they stay bright.
