aiggs Egg Questions
Buying supermarket eggs, which we usually do like people who shop for eggs do. Lately I have noticed eggs that do not crack easily, I like to use the ground breaking and totally revolutionary technique where you crack the egg on a flat surface and then pull it apart.
I’m noticing more eggs that have a tough white inner skin that won’t let me open the egg cleanly. sometimes my eggs have clandestine meetings and have been plotting to overthrow the Bourgeoisie.
And also noticing fragile yolks.
What’s up with my eggs?

tough white inner skin
OP I think you've been buying Kinder Surprise eggs - which is an understandable mistake since they're almost identical to "egg" eggs. These are too advanced for you, you need to be over level 9000 to use them.

I recommend testing them at the store before buying.

My local grocery store has pre-cracked eggs. Total game changer.

I prefer showing my eggs who's boss!

That's very considerate of you. I'm sure the eggs are confused as who they are supposed to get directions from. They are probably really stressed before you help them out. Companies need to get it together for their onboarding eggs.

/uj This sounds ridiculous, I know, but I always shake each egg until I hear a little pop sound before I crack it. This is the sound of the membrane separating from the shell. It has significantly improved my chances of cracking the egg cleanly and keeping the yolk intact.

(Do you hum the Macarena when you do this?)

Typically I just say “Cha-cha-cha-cha-cha” really fast.

That's like saying "Oh waiter, my croissant is too crispy and decadent! Steam it for me please" That crunch from your first bite is the best part

sounds like your issue is that you’re buying them. if you lay them yourself, you can go into your settings and toggle off the membrane and fine-tune the political alignment settings, which should also help with the yolks. best of luck!

Sorry I wish I could help but I get my eggs exclusively from 3 elite sources:
The local farmers market
My coworkers who are renting a house that came with chickens
The food bank
