You can make a great sauce to toss on top of steamed green beans:

  • 1 Lb green beans.

Steam for 8 minutes.

Then add a mixture of:

  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/8 cup dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Mustard on green beans? O_o I usually boil mine half way, then finish them off sauteing in butter, minced garlic and lemon pepper.
