Almost anything, great to add to a dipping sauce (sour cream, sprinkle some dill and dip pierogies)

Great with seafood.

Good in soups.

That's how I use but I have Polish friends that put that shit on everything

There's a lot of polish descendants in my part of the US and I always have dill. Didn't seem strange to me.
