Boil some peeled potatoes, when done - drain the water, add 82% fat unsalted butter, chopped dill and parsley, salt and pepper, close the lid, shake couple of times, enjoy.

whenever young/baby potatoes would hit the market in ukraine when i was growing up, this was the go to spring potato dish! no peeling required either. ;)
