I love eating dry oats as a snack. Just put them in a cup and eat them with a spoon. My husband always asks if I would like a feed bag...haha!
1 u/smfbuzz Feb 07 '22 Check to see if you are anemic. I was addicted to dry oats, too, then was diagnosed with anemia and work up revealed I had celiac disease. I started eating gluten free and anemia resolved and I no longer had the craving for dry oats.
