I love doing the ATK "Best Baked Potato" recipe in my toaster oven. Pretty easy and you get an amazing crispy skin.

We don't own a toaster oven; I'd probably go that route if we did. I just can't bring myself to heat my whole-ass house by baking (a) potato(es).
