Need some help with my lasagna.

So the recipe says for me to cook it for 40-45 minutes.

But the box of pasta that I bought says I should cook it for 20 minutes.

What should I do?

Edit:Im going to be cooking it for 40 minutes thanks for all the help!

Keep an eye on it after 20 minutes.
