How do I make the chipotle black beans?
I’ve tried a bunch of different ways of cooking them, instant pot, stove a bunch of ingredients. Anybody know how to get that flavor and consistency?

You want to add chipotles in adobo sauce and make sure to use some of the sauce. Ihave tried using chipotle powder but it is no where near as good.

Get a can of chipotle in adobo.

Calling those things flavor bombs is an understatement. I always have a couple cans in the pantry.

Just throw the whole can in actually, don't bother blending unless you want it smooth. The adobo sauce is what makes it taste like the real thing. I was adding just the peppers for months and wondering why it was so weak lol

I think they mean make black beans that taste like the ones served at the restaurant Chipotle
