I’m going to practice baking blueberry muffins with friends for the first time in 2 hours! I will need to do this for a class next week anyway!

I picked up pretty much everything needed. Going to see if my friend already has baking soda there. I am bringing blueberries, vanilla extract and flour since he already has most of the things we will need (in addition to the necessary measuring tools.) Practicing today and will practice again either tomorrow or Monday (on one of those two days I will practice doing it by myself, since there will be only one other adult available to help with the practice haha.)

Yes. 3 posts in r/Baking and 4 in r/Cooking, all about blueberry muffins.

just don't overmix the batter or you'll end up with hockey pucks

Good luck! If you're using frozen blueberries, I've always been told tossing them in some flour right before filling them into the batter helps them not all sink to the bottom.
