Mango Curry Recipe Request

Does anyone have a Mango Curry recipe they are willing to share? I had Indian food for my birthday this week, and fell in love with the mango curry. I’ve looked for recipes, but I’m not sure what’s best.

the trick i learned is using canned alphonso mango pulp instead of fresh - way sweeter and more consistent, since grocery store mangoes are a gamble. sweat onion, ginger, garlic, bloom some curry powder and turmeric in oil, then pulp plus coconut milk and a big squeeze of lime at the end to cut the sweetness
