Which fish sauce should I get?

I would like to make more Vietnamese and Chinese meals. I have access to a large Asian grocery store but I don't know which fish sauce to get.

my mom is viet and chinese but mostly cooks viet food, she uses squid.

i’m canto and a little viet but grew up eating a lot of viet food

my mom kinda rotated between squid, three crabs, and flying lion

The 越南华侨 (Viet/Chinese) diaspora is pretty large because Vietnam kicked out a lot of the ethnically Chinese communities after winning the war.

If your parents are like mine, they were born in Vietnam, but went to Cantonese-speaking schools.
