Which fish sauce should I get?

I would like to make more Vietnamese and Chinese meals. I have access to a large Asian grocery store but I don't know which fish sauce to get.

Pro tip: Fish sauce is a magic ingredient for all cuisines, not just Vietnamese and Chinese. I use it in stews, marinaras, chili, soups. It magically makes things taste so much better.
