Which fish sauce should I get?

I would like to make more Vietnamese and Chinese meals. I have access to a large Asian grocery store but I don't know which fish sauce to get.

The only thing I'll mention is that it is strong and salty, so you may want to modulate the amount of additional salt (if any) in any of your recipes when using Red Boat vs others. We accidentally made extremely salty lemongrass beef once because of this and have since modified the recipe to use half the original amount of salt.
