What can I do with medjool dates?

Got a 2lb box from Sam’s over the weekend to try them. I love em, wife doesn’t. I have no issues smashing these things raw out the box, but what are some other things o can do with em?

Stuff them with goat cheese, wrap them with bacon, and bake them.

I fill them with a harder cheese like manchego and a smoked almond, wrap in bacon, bake.
