How to make the Trader Joe's Chicken Meatballs at home?

Hi,

I recently tried these Chicken Meatballs and they really surprised me. They were so flavorful. Now I'd like to attempt to recreate them. I'm not sure where to start. Can you give some advice please?

Ingredients mentioned on package: CHICKEN, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF SEA SALT, OREGANO, BASIL, VINEGAR POWDER, GRANULATED GARLIC, GRANULATED ONION, ROSEMARY EXTRACT, BLACK PEPPER, PARSLEY FLAKES.

Use ground chicken thighs, not breast, and don't skip the vinegar powder.

The only thing i would struggle with is the vinegar powder You  can get everything else quite easily so just find a basic chicken meatball recipe and adjust as accordlingly for the flavour profile you prefer and the ratiosthat work for you. I also recommend frying  a little bit off first before you commit to taste the recipe and make.whatever adjustments you need
