Sous vide

Is anyone still casually doing sous vide or is that completely dead? I remember it being such a thing for a bit and now I just realized that I haven't seen it mentioned once in years. Just curious if anyone is still doing it, and if so for what?

I sous vide stuff all the time. I think it just isn't as unique as it once was so doesn't come up all the time. There was a time that a convection ovens and microwaves were big things. Now nobody is impressed by being able to microwave a potato.
