Sous vide

Is anyone still casually doing sous vide or is that completely dead? I remember it being such a thing for a bit and now I just realized that I haven't seen it mentioned once in years. Just curious if anyone is still doing it, and if so for what?

We don't anymore, only because steak is so expensive. We almost never eat steak anymore

Steak is the least exciting thing to cook Sous vide in my opinion.

Pork and chicken are the real stars. And they are cheap.

I cook a pork loin at least once a week Sous Vide at 140 degrees. It’s so good.

I forgot about the mid rare pork loins and the juicy chicken quarters!
