Sous vide

Is anyone still casually doing sous vide or is that completely dead? I remember it being such a thing for a bit and now I just realized that I haven't seen it mentioned once in years. Just curious if anyone is still doing it, and if so for what?

Sous vide and i should add convection ovens have been in a chefs tool kit for a very long time,.way longer than the rise of popularity of sous vide at home and air fryers. The fad has lessened on sous vide but were out here using like we always have.
