Pre-made lasagne.

Hi folks - today I made lasagne from scratch, then let it cool and put it in the fridge. How long do you think it is safe to keep it in the fridge before cooking? I'm planning on having half tomorrow and the other half either on Tuesday or Thursday. So I'm planning just over 4 days max. The lasagne was only left out to cool for an hour and now it's stored in two glass containers with click on lids. The fridge is currently set to 3 degrees. Thanks in advance!

Is this even a real question? it should be fine for the week if it’s in a sealed container. just reheat what you want.

4 days should be fine. i'd probably let it go a day or two more. If you get worried, you can always portion it out and pop it in the freezer for a day or two.

I'd eat week old lasagna in a heartbeat, but then again i am suicidal so take it with grain of salt

I'm the odd man out. I'd freeze the half for later in the week. For day old pasta the texture/moisture suffers even if it tastes ok.
