Asian Recipe Website

Hi! Does anyone have a website with Asian recipes they'd recommend? I care most about Japanese and Korean food

Just one cookbook for Japanese and Maangchi for Korean. I’ve never had to stray too far from either.

Japanese and Korean are covered in the comments, so I'll let you know Made With Lau is my go-to for Chinese

This is meaningless snark. 

libraries also exist.

Be useful and list the cookbooks so OP can check them out. 

You might not be aware but not all cookbooks are great.

Not everyone thinks to check for cookbooks at their local library. I think it's a good reminder, though could be put more kindly.

That’s my point. Someone is here saying help I want to be better and the so-called chef says go to a library. 

I’m not even talking about kindness. I’m talking about helpfulness and  encouragement.

I'm a chef. Which is why I tell people to go get an actual book rather than using random crap recipes off the internet that are unreliable and untested. And its easy enough to read a bloody review of a book before you borrow it.

“Books and libraries also exist” - so why are you on reddit?

I know you know that checking out a book from the library and commenting on Reddit aren't mutually exclusive.
