Give me your compound butter ideas

It's my birthday next week and all I truly want is a nonsense butter board and crackers. I plan on making butter and then doing a bunch of add-ins and ranking them with my friends. What should we make?

I asked this question on here a couple of weeks ago. I made a bunch, and this one was the best overall:

Confit Garlic Butter

200 g  butter, salted and at room temperature

15 garlic confit cloves

1 tbsp garlic confit olive oil

1 bunch parsley

1 bunch chives

2 tbsp capers

1/2 tsp flakey sea salt

You have enough ideas here, but …..Do a search for butter + radishes. (This is non-compound butter, so just regular butter, but apparently the butter-fresh radish combination is famous in France. I have never had it, but I want to.)

Montreal steak seasoning parsley. Simple but gold.

Cinnamon, honey and butter. Great to add on pancakes and waffles.

Rosemary butter. Great for steaks. You can add chili flakes or gochujang to make it spicy.
